Is there one admin who is extremely experienced with this mod, who would be willing to organize a training session for other admins to go over the finer points of the rules?

I currently don't enjoy admining this mod, because I don't feel comfortable with dealing with many of the problems on it.
Maybe a training session would be useful for a few of us?
Thoughts?
