Ban request stewie [cheater or admin]

I gonna make this ban request because today in server 11, this guy was cheating :S, before demo he was kill a lot of guys cheating, and after demo he go out of server, for this reason i couldnt give her steam_id. In demo u can see how he use speedhack, and ct's cant shoot he, and finally he teleport to the end of map, u can see this: Admin stewie: teleport stewie!

He made a serious ban request, at least tell him the truth lol

Stewie is the owner of i3d, he has some extra powers on every i3d server etc, likes to abuse

We cant ban him but ramon can punish him (dickslaps etc.)

I did tell him the truth but stewie edited my post and removed the "Stewie is the owner..." part.

The "Har Har" says all, I think.
