you're the admin.
If you ask me he need do be banned for 1hr or something like this, just to know that there are rules...

Just because he said once "suck my...." it dont need to be that he couldn't say that again...

Well, it's the same as when an admin would be on the server. The player would get kicked first, then banned if he would rejoin to do the same thing again.
If he would've said several sentences simular to that one or if he would've said it to someone specific, I would've banned him. But since there wasn't any admin on at that time, I can't do anything. Next time he does it again, please report it again.
