Guys, he's only trying to help us by reporting people who advertise. I'm also puzzled about why aap removed the link in the other thread without replying to the thread and/or checking the logs. It's not that hard to see what majorkiller was trying to say, nor does it take long to check the logs just to be safe.

Agreed + we all know Majorkiller as someone who makes valid banrequests. Could any other rep perhaps check it?

I believe this is just one big misunderstanding. I don't have time now to explain, but there are reasons why we have rules for making proper ban requests. Majorkiller is kind enough to make a banrequest, but it's easier and it goes faster if you make a proper one.

As for the link, it's pretty obvious it got removed. Basically, you were (unwillingly) advertising that site yourself. Try to remove the link in the future.

for now, lets just wait for a rep to do a logcheck and keep in mind to follow the rules for future ban requests, so stuff like this won't happen.

His banrequest was just correct. Perhaps he had the link there too. Marjorkiller makes alot of valid banrequest, so you don't need to say he need to keep the rules in mind. If you want to make a valid banrequest you need to post all of the details.

And again screenshots are useful. That way normal admins can deal with the ban, which in result, makes it go easier and faster.

Screenshots are useful. Asking us to trawl through the logs because your too lazy to take a screenshot isn't great, but I guess its better than not requesting a ban.

Screenshots are also useful for quicker replies as admins can deal with it.
