Story: Tonight I was playing on the I3D hosties server. In my opinion, an admin (Santa² = Floppy) freekilled me, so I votebanned him, not even knowing he's an admin.

What then happened is he immediately kicks me (no warning) with reason: think again before votebanning an admin.

So I reconnected and said "why did you kill me, there was no reason for it!". Obviously, he said there was, but anyway, other players were telling me to "stop crying", so I said, in rage, "tief op", which means "get lost". I think Santa must have thought that was meant for him, while it was actually meant for everyone that was whining about it (including Santa, I admit).

Reason to be unbanned: I shouldn't have said "get lost", but in my opinion Santa² kicked and banned me too soon, without any warnings, and therefore I would like to be unbanned. I normally always enjoy playing on the I3D servers, and I never insult anyone.

So sorry for saying "get lost", but I hope you understand my point of view here.

Comments: It feels like being judged by a judge who's appearantly in a bad mood and not being just.

While the ban is only for one day, I still feel it was not right of him.

A) I didn't freekill you, as I said like 30 times.
B) You said "Tyfus" (ye, that's how you spell it) which is a serious disease, it doesn't mean get lost

If you translate it literary, it's indeed a disease. But it does actually mean "get lost", and it was meant not only for you, it was just a cry out loud to everybody whining.
Anyway, I didn't intend to insult you, but the way you were acting made me feel like being treated unjust. And even if you didn't freekill me, you could have given me a warning before kicking me . The way I experienced it, it wás freekilling, so I didn't think it would be "voteban abuse".
