Banned by Admin Ainkurn Banned from i3D.net - CSS Public Server #11 - Zombie escape ...

Good afternoon.

After gettin kick from the server for jumpin on peoples heads as a zombie (Alien skin) awaiting the escape shuttle door to open, i was banned for the above reasons.
I rejoined after the kick asked why and understood and said ok.
But the ban i don't understand!!
Annoyer plus closing doors!!
If i was annoying anyone i'm very sorry and tbh i try to be a good team player.
If i closed the door it was for the good of the team (humans) not an attempt to upset my team mates.
I don't block,whine and try not to break any of your server rules.
Tbh 1 week ban is a bit harsh.
I saw other peeps banned aswell for same reason -=XXX=- had 1 week ban also but i saw him/her on the server not 10 mins later!!
I don't demo my games nor use screenshots but if there is any with my crimes on please link here so i can view and try to understand this ban.

Seeing as we can't read minds and therefore don't know your real intentions, a kick for head jumping then a ban for door closing seems fair enough to me, since the only punishment awaiting a player who's already been kicked and breaks the rules again is a ban.

We had a thread like this a while ago, where someone got banned for 3 days and he/she thought it was too long. To be honest, while I think a week is a little harsh, I think ban lengths varies from which admin is doing it and what mood they're in and I know that if Ainkurn saw fit to ban you for a week, then he probably had a good reason.

I guess we'll have to hear from either Ainkurn or consult the logs.

Well my intentions are to survive as human with as many team mates as possible.
I know jumpin on heads is a pain and get irritated when people do it to me.
It's nearly as irritating as people campin in ducts not even tryin to get to the escape point just to get the rankings up.
As i stated i understand the kick.
But the ban for door closing thing is that in the rules?
I ALWAYS wait for team mates - boats,lifts (elevators) and doors.
Waiting until the last possible second as not to leave anyone behind.
I hope you now understand my intentions are honourable.

Sorry like i said i'm confused about the log thing.
I hope i've put my case forward in a manner that will help You decide i'm not a bad person and is only lookin to have a fun time in the few hours i'm able to play.

I didn't mean that u were banned because the admin concerned was in a bad mood. I just meant that if an admin is in a bad mood, he just might be a little more inclined to ban for a longer length of time.

I'm not dealing out judgements, I'm just saying that there might be a reason behind the ban of 1 week.

And besides, as the log shows, u were all warned by Ainkurn. Ignoring warnings and persisting is asking for a ban imo.

So at no time was i warned or saw a warning.
I agree warnings where given it's just my bad i missed um..

After lookin at the logs seeing what went on i'll take it on the chin and serve the week ban.

Hi all:

The only thing I can say is that the logs give me the reason. I was warning about the door closers and blockers. That afternoon i was quite frustrated because I had to ban many people for the same reason and was warning it practically the entire of the afternoon.
I think a kick means a lot, you should think about what you've done wrong before re-entering and disobey the rules. That is why I dont think is an excuse dont be on the server when i warned about the blockers.
It is all i can say about that.
and I'm sorry but I keep ban

I understand how hard it is to run servers and know an admins job can be thankless task.

As i stated in my previous posts i missed the warnings and asked after my kick and agreed with the reason.
The door close thing can be frustrating. it shows in the log.

PD: Ainkurn i think everything has been said i agree with your ban no need to drag this out any longer. But if u want to just chat need a friend: im jbravo73
