Game Freezes At Loading.

So. I'll just get right down to it.
The games working just fine. Had a little problem connect and finding a server before but now I can no problem.
So this has happened before and keeps happening.
I find a server, join, it starts loading and when Its done the loading thing freezes (the circle that's turning ) the music continue and I can move the mouse. Then, after a couple of sec, I start to hear sounds as if I'm in-game. I click to see if I'll hear shooting sounds and no. No shooting sounds from me but I can here them everywhere. I can radio chatter people talking planes and all that stuff.
If I alt-tab it works...as in I can do whatever I can but if I try to go back to the game and it doesn't even go in full screen mod and its just a white screen. I can move the mouse and I hear stuff again.

This is NOT the pre-ordered version its from a downloaded client.
I'm on XP SP3 with Ati Radeon x1650 pro.
(its obvious I have only Dx9 )

Should not matter where you got it from, unless they did not modify it. Be careful with that, BF:BC2 is very popular now, so it's just a matter of time before clients pop up with virusses and/or trojans inside.

Update your drivers and DirectX, and check again. And think about a new GPU.

Drivers are up to date. So is DirectX for XP SP3 I know that the highest is 9.0c. Correct me if I'm wrong (and give me a link from which I can update if ya can

)
For new GPU... hardly gonna happen. :|

They say that XP is supported, so it should be ok. and you can get it at the MS Download site.

At least I hope someone from EA or Dice Reads this... I saw a guy on the steam forum posting about the same problem so its not just me.

OK Update. I joined a server. Started loading and got to the freeze part again. I alt-tabbed, did some stuff (watched some vid ,check a few things out. Spent about 1-2 min) after which I alt-tabbed into the game again (did this a couple of times) switched between Window mode and full-screen about 2-3 times and then I got kicked back to the main menu. Some message popped up but it was too fast to read anything. So I clicked Play Now again and waited...got to the part where it freezes... it froze, the sounds started looping this time and after about 5-10 sec the game crashed.

OK So. Obviously other people have had the same problem.
Saw that there was a patch release ? Great ! Downloaded and started the game. Got into a server started loading and the same. After some waiting and got kicked out of the server...and the same. (for got to mention that sometimes before it kicks me (the 1st try to load) and sometimes before it crashes (the second time or sometimes if I'm lucky the 3rd (only happened once or twice)) I just get a glance for a second MAX two at the game from a birds eye view and what seams to be a scoreboard or some kind weapon choosing or I really don't know (because haven't been able to play beta yet)) really really hope this gets fixed. Others by the looks of it are getting it too ! ! !

Yeah exactly the same ! then (if the games doesn't crash) it send you back to the main menu where you can choose play now, servers, etc...

what settings you use ingame? ( Low/med/ HIGH ?) or can't you get ingame (the options menu etc)

My setting are low. (they were med when I 1st launched the game but to be sure it'll run I made them low) . And this is in-game (where I can press play now,log in, setting, multi ,etc ).
