Default i3D BFHCC project group

Since there are several people working on various project groups and not all things can be discussed in public it's probably best to create a dedicated project group.
Read more on: : i3D.net Game Forums /battlefield-heroes-console-development/91938-i3d-bfhcc-project-group.html

Currently we have a few different people working on different versions of the tool.

We propose making a single project group where people can work together on creating a tool, this makes more sense than having 5-6 different tools floating around and everyone screaming that the other tool has features they want in the new tool as well.

If you are currently working on an expansion of BFHCC or if you want to join the group working on the tool please reply here. We will create a seperate forum and usergroup where development can be streamlined between the various people working here and where i3D can provide more feedback when required.

Please do not respond if you are not interested in joining or if you are not involved with development of BFHCC.

Ok so we have 4 programmers at the moment. Once I'm back in the office I'll get you guys into a private area of the forum where further development can be discussed.

Any news on the progress?
We just started from scratch, by some reverse engineering we now know precisely how the modmanager (till last week we never heard of modmanager ) works en we are currently discussing about the features, design patterns and so on.
we have already implemented a small part of the 'underlying layer', which sets up the communication with the server (and works).
The shell (the user interface) will be implemented later on, so nothing yet to test by admins, but we'll keep you guys informed.

Goodmans reaction to the new console: "sounds interesting, i3d has my contact info"
