rules and spawn killing issues

firsto ff the rules tab is wonderful. expect i have no idea how to emplace said rules... also the in-game command to obtain help about rules does not work for me :/

i got the punkbuster list to scroll my rules but players cannot ask for a list of rules while in-game...sigh..

the other issue my fellow commanders have is the base rape and spawn raping issue. its great that yall have emplace a thing to auto kill and auto kick players who shoot into the spawn. however, have you thought about players shooting from the spawn?

not to mention the punkbuster Task Lister will not save my tasks... hmmm any help on these issues?
