Does anybody know when it would be downloadable and ready to purchase?
What are the costs of it and where I can buy the license. Is there any
beta linux dedicated server version from steam?

Hope this is the proper icculus room

No dedi servers for non EA certified GSP's at the moment.

Ya wrong section too dude, you need to do a little bit of reading over at
DICES' website so you have a better understanding of their dedicated server
setup.
