Default Answered: Keine Rückmeldung nach Spielstart/ no response after gamestart

I have a problem to connect to the game after loading the map. The game freezes either after loading the map or i can see the first second of the map in an aerial perspective and then the game freezes. In both situations the picture flares the whole time.

I can only kill the process of BFH to go back to the Desktop. ALT+F4 or ALT+TAB doesn't work.

I have to try to connnect several times to the game untill it works. Otherwise i have to kill the process or restart my pc. Who can help me please?

A other point!

Did you try updating your PB manually?

If not follow these instructions:

1.) Visit PunkBuster Online Countermeasures

2.) Right-Click on "For Players" ("pbsec.htm") & "Save link as..." to your "pb" folder for BFHeroes. (If your an admin, click on the other one)It should save as .htm

3.) Next, scroll down and Right-Click the only two corresponding files to your operating system and save to your "pb\htm" folder. It should allow you to overwrite your old ones.
wc002192.htm & wa001376.htm - Windows
lc002192.htm & la001376.htm - Linux
mc002192.htm & ma001376.htm - Mac

After you've you pasted all the files into the correct folders, start up BFHeroes. It will correctly update itself.

I did have the same problem wright after the update, during the update it updated PB, but after that i did get these problems, the next day it also updated another game-file, so i would say reinstall to make sure all is okay.

Try running Windows Update to make sure you have ALL available updates for your computer.
