CSS Alwys on top?

Hi Guys,

I have a dual monitor desktop, on the left (main monitor) i play a lot of CSS but on the right (extension monitor) are on the same time some other apps open (MSN, Winamp, etc...). But when i'm dead in CSS i would like to be able to change song or talk to someone on MSN. When i do that now it minimizes CSS into the taskbar.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening? some sort of always on top?

You could try playing css in windowed mode? Type
-windowed in launch options

Yes, i already tried that. But it takes down performance a lot. So if possible i would like to maintain the full screen setting.

I did a bit of googling, looks like the only way is to play it in windowed mode, but i could be wrong

Hmmm, well, than that's gotta do... I guess i have to get a better Graphics card then...
