textures needs to be changed because you are making for zombie mod and lighting too as west said. also try to make it more scary.

I like Dev textures ;P

Too make it darker I guess to use some light_environment and env_sun, this will make realistic light and also shadows.

you can also use a texture called block light, which makes the brush invisible but at the same time blocks light, so you can make some nice shadows.

Remember to optimize your map as best you can
