There's also a fair amount of blocking on the last ladder towards the button that sets off the said killing field. Just doing something about the end of the map would improve it a lot imo. Otherwise, I think it's a pretty cool map. But pretty ugly, like Skael said :/

Its pretty annoying so it would be good if they were gone. And yeah the nuke goes off too early, a console message would fit in there very good

Cons: 1) The stupid rocks @ the beginning 2) The lack of space to defend near the start (because 50 ppl are cramped into a small space meaning you either have a dead zombie or a lot of zombies...eventually) 3) The dumb wall you reach via pro bhopjumping, jumping or the lift is so imba it's not even funny. There is no chance for zombies to get onto it if say, one person with a shotgun is on it. Whilst humans are really stupidly safe on it shooting at zombies and encouraging camping. 4) The lack of escape options on some of the traps in the middle - usually pits. Just because some idiot fell in a trap doesnt mean he wants to spend the next 6 minutes stuck in it, yo? 5) How the end ladder have this shoot the bottom system...yet the ladder rung is exposed near the top, meaning anyone shooting at a zombie who has reached the end has the potential to shoot him above these stupid planks onto the ladder so he just goes and sets off the insta nuke. 6) How the nuke is instant!!!!! DONT make it instant, make it like, 60 seconds wait. 7) How if the nuke isnt going to be instant in the future and a human reaches the end bit first then it would just suck ass for zombies to get to - lots of places for them to get shot off/killed. 8) The fact that after you jump off from the starting area onto the first ladder at the bottom there is a concrete block trap...I mean wtf one person gets through the rest gets zombified? 9) The huge plank that drops down to enable you to fly on the ramp onto the next section of the map has too much damned HP!!! If zombies could just bounce on the floor and overtake humans then humans damn well need to be able to shoot this plank quickly not just go and press the switch and sacrifice himself to the next stage for the ppl behind him. -- I think a lot of my comments were relating to the old citywaste (but most likely they were in the new one anyway) I only remember the new change as in the vendor machine being added. |
