Default lighting question

Hi I have a question about lights, how do I get the lights themselves to look bright. Here are some screeenshots to show th problem;

Also I want to add some cars but I can only find ones that are not fully solid does anyone know where the cars are listed underin the model browser?

OK will do I have another questin does anyone know the name of the texture used in cs office for the interior walls? it has wood on the bottom third then white paint for the rest of it?

I hope I can answer your questions:

1. You are using light models. Thats ok, it seems that you added some kind of light. Add the entity "light" and place it under your light model and it should work! Dont touch anything in properties.

2. When you open "world model" on prop_static, scroll down a bit and it should say vehicles almost at bottom. Press it and wait a few second and car models should appear.

3. The texture of office is called plaster. Just search "plaster" in the texture search bar.

One more thing. Always use lampmodels with "_on" in their filename. ^-^
