Drawing online for fast comunication?

I was asking myself if there is some kind of program or website (preferably just a website) where I can be with more people, drawing to show them, on real-time, how a part of the map could be, and such things...

You know, something like the "drawing online games" (where you must guess what the other player is drawing) but a bite more serious.
Also, a link to a nice version of those drawing games could be helpfull.

Its just that I spent a lot of time talking or explaning things to others mappers, and I find that it could be really helpfull.

Thanks, but at the end (for interesed people) I went with "ManyCam", its an small program that allows you to send what you are seeing on your own computer, or a part of your screen, as video; so it works perfectly with Skype (wich I allways use and like) and MSN.

Not only serves me for my drawing-showing purpouse (sending video of what Im drawing on my own Paint or Photoshop); but its as good for showing (for example) how to do something in Hammer, by doing it step by step while the other/s person/s watches.
