Try google for vista fix!

right click on the game icon, check "run as administrator"

if you want, you can right click, go to properties, and check "always run as administrator:

if that doesn't work, go into properties and try running in compatibility mode.

Rise & Fall: Civilizations at War receives patches automatically in game. To patch or update your game manually please follow the steps below:

1. Launch Rise & Fall: Civilizations at War.
2. Click on the "Options" menu at the Main Menu.
3. Click on "Update" button at the top right hand corner.

Rise & Fall will automatically detect your version (CD/DVD/Language) and present the appropriate patch.

If you have a problem connecting to the Internet, verify you have granted Rise & Fall access through your Firewall Software (Windows Firewall, McAfee Firewall, Zone Alarm, BlackICE Defender, etc) and/or Router.

If you require further assistance please visit http://support.midway.com and use the "Ask a Question" feature to open a support ticket with Midway´s Customer Support Department.
