Read more on: : i3D.net Game Forums /general/31526-really-search-engine-optimization-needed.html I use my website purely as a file-hosting site with a little bit of glitter and fun wrapped around the edges. I don't want random people coming from Google and seeing it, because, frankly, they'll be bored. Companies like Sony would obviously want to be the top of a Google search, because they make money from their customers. I think the YouTube system is good, because it lists videos on their relevance to the search, then the number of hits. If the video isn't relevant, the number of hits will be less, and if it isn't relevant, it won't appear in the search. This can of course, be messed up by people spamming their "Keywords" with everything from Southpark to Kung-Fu, but as long as people remain sensible, the system seems fair. I hope this helps.
