Admin banned me (I did not cheat)

It was on victory village. I spawned near the roadblock and imidietly headed through the passage (in front of the roadblock) wright there was a stealth commando very near me, because it was our flag I first thought he was on our side so i did not shoot at him, and when I figured that, I started shooting in his general direction, numbers started flying and I was aiming at them and hit him couple of times more. I presumed he went around the corner and thought he will come back so started shooting everywere in that passage, but this time did not hit anything (so commando survived). Next thing admin banned me. I may sound like a crybaby but I don't think it's fair to say that I'm cheating and ban me for that when I was playing fair. On top of that all, today when I joined this server and saw that someone was banned because of cheating I imidietly bookmarked the server and stayed playing despite the fact we were loosing badly thinking at least I know that they are not cheating.
