I first reported this on the 19th of April. It was my second encounter with this guy and when he is on this server the whole mood goes in the toilet for both teams. He keeps making racist remarks and trying to rile everyone up. I am pretty sure that racist/bigotted remarks are unnacceptable and his attitude is so piss poor that sometimes his own team starts to quit because of him. Eventually he empties the server so I think he needs to go. Since the filter he's been using the word "nijjer" to replace the actual N-word. These were documented Apr 17 and 18 - Pictures are Date/Time Stamped with EST time zone (-5)

I can probably find more recent ones, if you need further proof.

Reporting in as the admin that was watching today's incident.

All he got was a kick, but I will keep a close watch on him. Be sure to update this topic if he does anything like this again. If so, then I will ban him personally.

Thank you for looking into this. While you're at it see if you can screenshot him. Looking at his stats he seems to be below average, especially KDR, and yet ever since I came across this guy on your server just over a month ago he's pretty much untouchable. Something smells funny. People don't go from losers to super players overnight. I wish we had graphs like in previous iterations of the BF series to see exactly when his killing streak started and what the progression was like - if it was gradual or if it was literally overnight, as I suspect.

I do not understand why players use this type of language.. I am white but use black heroes and it makes me a target for every type of insult you can think of. Good job screen-capping him and he will probably continue with his ignorance.

Since the official forums have been down and I'm not sure how to notify you in game unless you're in the server, and then you'll probably see for yourself, I installed Xfire and added you. I hope that's cool with you.

I'm not on Xfire too often but I'll try to get on when I can. Unfortunately Xfire can drop my frame rate to 20-30 which is weird so that means I can't be on a Xfire and Battlefield Heroes at the same time. =/

Well the weird thing with me is that Xfire didn't start lagging me until I actually upgraded my computer to a GTX 260... I guess it defies all logic.

I will take a wild guess and say you are him because I told him there was a thread on these forums concerning him. If that is the case yes it is only a game which you need to stop using racist/foul language in. You say he is a good player when he uses racist language non stop because he gets killed constantly even though he is the highest level in the server. I would say GG but then you would just use racist language.

What are you talking about? I was kicked a few weeks ago because I said "I Win" after I said that LusitanoLouco or TugaGunner as he is known ingame said "cya bitch" and I was kicked, when I came back in later he called me White Trailer Trash. Also, this is the last time i'm gonna say this but.......I'm BLACK!!!!!! Say what you want about the rest of my language but [b][color=red]We dont use that N word on this forum[/color][/b] is NOT a racial term, it means ignorant individual this has been pointed out by many African American comics over the years and its a great way of stealing this word back from real racists (I often point this out to people and some people use it that way now in server). Notice LusitanoLouco is the only one here who said anything about race (its even in one of his pictures). Also, when everyone is accusing you of cheating it gets kinda irritating! Thanks!

yes the term means one thing but has been turned into a racial slur over the years. It does not matter what race you are using foul language is foul. You say "Koon" which is a bypass of a racial slur for asians. The "N" word is a racial slur for black people and your other words are just foul.

I have gone above this have have linked all the photos in a report with EA directly and soon I will send another copy to a EA rep which should speed up the process. Using foul language especially after a filter has been put in place breaks the rules of the game. The sad part of all this is you mostly start using foul language when you are getting your butt kicked constantly. Also saying "I am black" does not allow you to break rules, sorry.
