I protest my ban

Hi, I would like to protest my ban.

-Ingame name: [GER]Soldier
-Steam id: Have no steam (I hope its not a problem)

-Time when this happened: 24.07.2010
-Server where this happened: FR - MM only (I think Server admin is Coord)

-Why I should be unbanned: I would like to be unbanned because i don't now how to cheat or hack. I hate cheaters.

Yea [Ger]Soldier you are a well known hacker amongst the community, or at least my part of it, but i did not ban you on sight, i checked multiple times that you could indeed see me, this ranged from you shooting at me in stealth to jumping out of my lineofsight and culminating in a rather useless attempt to cover your hacking by spraying your gun around me purposefully missing and then typing "Where are you?!", this may not seem odd but seeing as i hadnt broken stealth since i left my spawn you had absolutely no reason to suspect i was anywhere near you.

2. You killed me about 5 times at the same place (on the left side from royals) and i know you are there and then i shoot around me to hit you but i don't and its unfair to say that i purposefully missing you (Speculation). Altogether you banned me because your speculation. So i must accept it, because its you server and you can ban who you want. Thank you for your attention.

P.S: I'm really sorry for my bad English i hope you understand me.

Let me ask why do you use [GER]Soldier as your banned ingame name if you then link us to profile that's profile name is [GER]Soldier?

Ingame name is your character name that you play in game, not your account/profile name.

I have been going trough PunkBuster cheat/violation logs and found this from our DE Midnight Mayhem Only servers logs.
