Reporting the i3d.net Old Guys 3 server

I recently got banned from the OG 3 VV only server by the admin Mc.Kane for cheating. This happened without any evidence of me cheating. Their only argument are my player profile stats ( Player Profile - Free Shooter Game - Online shooter - Battlefield Heroes ) which are totally legit.

Unfortunately my ban protest on their website ( Old Guys Gaming Community » Forums » [HQ] Bans and Complaints » Random ban by Stalker ) got ignored and was without succes. Instead the clanleadership preferred to act very inmature by insulting me on a personal level rather then providing any requested evidence.

The behaviour and the poor judgement of the server administration has already become a serious problem for the battlefield heroes community and many of it's legit players. There a many other similar cases in which OG banned players without any given proof.

Using their own words: "As we all know, many hacks remain undetected, and we take the risk of banning one single legit player over not banning 10 hackers."

Old Guys violates the TOS in my opinion and I kindly ask i3d.net to get in contact with the leadership since such a behaviour should not be tolerated.

Nah i jest, but seriously, they ARE breaking alot of rules and I3D need to look into this, for a long time they have been running a class limiter on commandos which is also against the TOS but has had a blind eye turned to it.

Wat ik hier uit kan op maken is erg vervelend. Echter hebben admins van onze community totaal geen recht op gameservers van klanten en kunnen u dus kortom ook niks maken.
Wij kunnen helaas niets meer doen dat het verhaal aanhoren. U bent de eigenaar van uw gameserver en mag er mee doen wat u zelf wilt.

Only partially true Vercetti, on an unranked server the TOS doesn't apply. On ranked servers you're still bound by the rules of the TOS. Meaning that banning people for no valid reason is not allowed.
