English - Death Zone server admin abuse.

Hello all I have heard a couple of complaints about the Death Zone server (DZ) and the admin. Today I was banned for no notable reason because of my clan [db], now I know dz and db have not always gotten along but this is a breach of ea's ToS and an unfair ban.

I want to hear from the admin of dz as to why I was banned and what server rule or game rule I was breaking. As my fellow server admins know we agreed to uphold the ToS of ea and the rules listed here:

I'll quote ShadeShooter "YOU CAN'T ban a player for any reason other than if they come back after being kicked to cause trouble or you have solid evidence the player is a cheater"

In this thread Death Zone server admin abuse. - Forum - Free Shooter Game - Online shooter - Battlefield Heroes I see some screens where, from my point of view, is some peoplel getting warned for recruiting in another clans server, and is then banned for it upon not wanting to stop, and telling the admin to "fk off".

in any case, this is just my opinion... screens are allways a bad form of evidence, and rarely gives the full picture.

I will suggest capturing video next time.

Also I would not expect i3d to act, if this is the only report they have received for the server.

The admin clearly asks you to stop whatever you're doing. It's their good right to not allow recruitment for other clans on their server. If you're not going to comply with their rules then play somewhere else.

Alright let me clear this up, the only screen shot that is mine is the royal gunner in the dr pepper suit, i was banned as soon as a player told the admin my clan. the other screen shots were from members of another clan who posted evidence to back me up. Team Australia isn't a clan its a big group for people in Australia so they weren't really recruiting for a clan. I was banned solely on my clan, many of my clan members have had the same treatment for the same reason.

I contacted i3d and got this:
"I understand that it is frustrating to get banned by an admin for no reason, but they are allowed to do it as it is their own game server. They hire it and can do anything with it what they like."

does this mean there's no server rules?

I'm really not trying to stir the pot here, I just want a terrible admin to stop abusing and banning people "willy nilly"... and so do others. What is the appropriate course of action that i/my clan can take as Cyblos told me to come here.
