English - ban for no reason on Team Nads Servers

Summary of Events:

1. Admin bans me for VIP hack on all 6 team nad australian servers. (Our Servers)

2. I did not VIP hack.

3. It is a known issue that Battlefield Heroes has a game bug where random players gets VIP status in servers whenever the server restarts.

4. Admin did not give me a chance to explain before permanently banning me on all of their 6 servers.

5. I do not know any of the VIP commands (except for /skip) so i do not have a history of abusing VIP privileges.

6. Most of the times the VIP status i have on their servers are 'fake' or bugged. (Eg. 1 of the privileges of VIP is that they dont have to queue to enter servers but my VIP status is bugged and i still queue like everyone else when server is full.)

That is not abuse, it's purely monitoring our services for suspicious acts just like you VIP status.

I was the one WHO banned you from most of the servers, via Auto-Admin.

It is a very good reason.

#1. NO ONE gets a VIP status especially when your from SIngapore. WE have two MALAY's in team they're part of the tN.
#2. You happened to join SInisters without the vip status and i banned you from there, because you were in BeachParty and typed the /skip command vote, some how you were successful. Banned you on there aswell.



As you can see the above picture is the Auto-Admin console.

The highlighted yellow meaning you have a VIP status. The first 3 people are team NADS representatives.

The forth one down is you, pokpokgeiX. Your highlighted yellow, for some odd reason. But like i said i seen you in another server without having to hold a vip status. So this thing your using, please stop. Otherwise i'm just gonna keep on banning you.

That is the real reason, i seen your threads on heroes forums. Maybe i should write one up myself, and explain what the situation is.
I personally don't ban people for no reason. If i see a suspicious player like yourself, i take out my ban hammer and end the story.

i understand your decision. But i believe you have missed two very important points.

1. I do not own any hacks and as your have also said you do not know how i get VIP status (neither do i), you just suspect i am using a "VIP hack" as you call it.

2. It is a known game bug that on some servers random people get VIP status out of nowhere and they keep getting the VIP status back even after the admin's manually remove. (this is obviously out of my control as a user)


Additionally,

i. you ban me that day very quickly after i /skip in one of the server. I was trying to demonstrate to the TN Representatives (TN-MeepMeep) as he asked about my VIP status. I was trying to show that my VIP status is bugged as i usually do not enjoy the privileges of a VIP but i do not know how the /skip actually work that day. (usually if a TN server is full and i join it from my bookmark i will have to queue too)

ii. i do not know if this helps but this is how my bugged VIP status work. Whenever i join a TN server, a message will appear and say "You are now a VIP member"

iii. i am definitely not a in-game command abuser because i simply DO NOT know what commands VIP have at all. I am quite sure if you bother to look up your log/history you will know i never use them. (this will counter your claim that i am a VIP command abuser)

iv. in my BFH forum link above, there is another link to a forum page which shows users undergoing the same bug i experience. you should probably take this into consideration (if, you do not previously know such a bug exist) before simply claiming that i use "VIP hacks" and permanently banning me on ALL 6 servers. As for falsely accusing TN-MeepMeep as the admin who banned me. I have already apologised to him through PM on BFH website.

I play hack-free so i believe i should not be punished for hacks i do not own. please understand and consider my ban appeal. thank you.

Read through what you wrote.

First of all I would like to say that I have never heard of any VIP bug which causes random players to get VIP status, but there is a known VIP backend bug which always gives back the VIP status to removed VIP's.
In my opinion one of your admins must have added him as a VIP, wether on purpose or accidently, now you can't remove him anymore cuz of the backend bug.
I know it is pretty annoying to not have fully control about the VIP's on your servers, but you may not ban him therefore as it is not his fault he is a VIP and remains being one even after removing him from the list.

YOU CAN'T ban a player for any reason other than if they come back after being kicked to cause trouble or you have solid evidence the player is a cheater.
