Default Re: [hlds_linux] Kimsurfi

I run my server from Kimsufi, and have never had any issues. The connection is good (1Gbit), and I run 2 Minecraft servers, 1 TF2 server, a TeamSpeak server and 3 websites with nginx, no hiccups or issues, with debian.

I found their support to be slightly inefficient though, our server got hacked once (one of the admins got a keylogger), and it took them several days to get it back up, even though we called them several times, they said it would 'be back within 24hrs' 3 times. Apart from that, everything is good.

I'm looking for a cheap dedi near the UK which can run a web server, MC server and a tf2 server. What sort of performance could I get out of the 24G on this? (How many TF2 servers/slots)

I've always used CentOS, is there any reason to use debian over it (seems everyone uses debian)?

I think it's a matter of preferences. Debian Squeeze is a wonderful OS,
and personally, i love apt. Can't work with yum.
