Downloads: Uploads: | It was running well a few months ago. Now the server starts slowly then I can quickly see it with HLSW; then it goes timeout. Within about 15 maybe 30 minutes it goes connected to steam server and vac authentification but it is not reachable by clients or HLSW over the LAN. The machine runs well multiple source based server and many other games server. All games are updated. As it is a debian box (with AMD inside), that have to run L4D with lenny libc6, I downgrade to the etch libc6, with same effects (not libc6 issue). I tried with -insecure command line option I've seen the exact same issue on theshiponline forum on a CentOS Intel system ("Server freezes on startup"). The post did not get any answer. Here's my command ../srcds_run -game ship +map connemara +maxplayers 16 +port 27035 +tv_port 27056 Any Idea ? _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: Read more on: : i3D.net Game Forums /hlds-valve-linux-newsletter/49451-hlds_linux-ship-does-not-start.html http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailma...nfo/hlds_linux |
