Admin and Trusted users *English$

how do I add admins and users, and then I can loggin in game and change server stuff on ET QW?
Ive tried something but im noob dont understand, if its possible that you could do that for me, ive added in the standart config the trusted users who needs to be admins.

Here is what I need help with:

^ Add Admins and Trusted Users to config
^ Get the users to login from Limbo menu
^ Activate 2 reserved slots.

you have to make a file called usergroups.dat, if you set levels and passwords in that file people can login to the adminpanel in the limbomenu
people will only see the adminoptions you give them in usergroups.dat

in that file you can set levels for a couple of levels, like:

##### usergroups.dat #####
group Default:
can call votes marked with 1 or lower
is NOT allowed to change any setting
can be kicked, banned, warned or muted
group Staff:
can call votes marked with 4 or lower
is NOT allowed to execute a config, mute VOIP global or restart a campaign
can be warned or muted
CANNOT be kicked or banned
group Admin:
can call all votes
is allowed to change all settings
CANNOT be kicked, banned, warned or muted
