Well, look no further. This is kinda like CSS. Found a few commands

cl_crosshair_alpha : This will mod the crosshair's transparency. 0 = Invisible 255 = Full

cl_crosshair_red

cl_crosshair_green

cl_crosshair_blue

Incase you haven't noticed yet, this is your standard RGB scheme. "255 115 0" would give you something orange'ish.

cl_crosshair_dynamic : 1 - 0

This will make your crosshair stop matching with your weapon's average accuracy, making it a bit more HL2'ish. Who likes the huge-♥♥♥ cross when using the auto-shotty, anyway?

cl_crosshair_thickness : 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5

Says it all. Default is 2. 5 looks terrible.

And just for the trivia, cl_ means client. Client = non-hosting player

Now you may get something you prefer over default just like this
