I haven't seen notice yet about whether or not i3d.net will be hosting the new game, but rumor in the community team leans to it.

AND ... If so, AND there's going to be community servers for that game;

I would like to make notice, that I am interested in being a server administrator for the upcoming Battlefield Play4Free game.

I nominate M1k3ol for the North American HA position, should one become available.

I also request that my current team, boosted, M1k3ol, Xbrzk3rzx & StupidusX be included in that server admin program.


Most of the Moderators and Admins will be in the beta, and will get a head start in the game. We will also be crossing over to moderate the forums as well.

We're currently added a few more mods to the German side and prepping for the new game and I've made some recommendations for some of the i3d.net team, which seem to be coming true.

I've also requested that all i3d.net Admins also get into the beta, as it will be limited. If you read the news alert in teh BFH forums, only SELECT players will be in the beta.

I will also be campaigning for a few more admins to the NA team (both for) BFH and BFP4P.

Though it will be staff, admins, mods & VIPS first, before the randoms. Applying is no guarantee that the player will get in, though, through this offering, you (i3d.net admins) have a better chance at being in the beta.

I honestly don't know how small the beta will be, but with the hundreds of thousands of players out there, I get the impression (from some dialogue) that the beta for this will be very very small.

A thousand maybe? Less? Small ...

And, I should continue the disclaimer, that even with a submitted list of i3d.net admins, is still not a guarantee. But, the book of 'Cyblon' is a powerful thing, and once read, many can not resist it

now that's something I wasn't expecting to read...I thought that maybe current HAs would remain in the same position for BFp4f...

I know it's a lot of work but that's the same reason that can get me ready to do it if possible

since the game is announced as "ready" to launch on spring...then I guess that BFp4f servers would be showing up around may?, that's a guess ofc...

a note about the beta...

it seems that time will not be a deciding factor...so there could be lots of players that signed on the very first second and can still not get a beta key...(if someone ask you guys about it once the keys start getting emailed)

The first Heroes beta was about 200 people. They'll probably scale this up more quickly
