Downloads: 163 Uploads: 74 ![]() | Battlefield Vietnam Wintercup '2006 Back to the Jungle of Vietnam - An old acquaintance in the genre of tacticsshooters will bear us some company for some weeks this winter, the name -- Battlefield Vietnam. Although there are competitors like Battlefield 2 and others, the community of Battlefield Vietnam earned this winter cup, cause of its constancy. So what are you waiting for soldier. One more tour of duty ahead and plenty for room for all! There are slots for up to 64 Teams in this Cup, that has been created in cooperation with the Techhunter-Clan and the Team of Gloomy. The games will be played on Wednesdays and Sundays on a map defined before. To make it a little bit easier for the Vietnam teams it will be played in 6vs6+ mode. That means that the playing teams can talk about the ammount of players involved in the match at least there are 6 players in each team. At this time of the year everybody is wearing warm clothings, thinking of christmas and waiting for the new year -- But there are a few who think about smarsh, primeval forest with plam trees and mosquitos. And guess were they are in their thoughts - back in Vietnam! About the war in Vietnam many stories have been told, movies shot and also Games made. One of the best Games about Vietnam is definitly 'Battlefield Vietnam" which now faces a new chance the be revived for Gamers all over the World. As most of our german readers might remember, this summer the ESL carried out the Summercup for Battlefield Vietnam. Now we want to continue the Cup series with the Wintercup. The Games will be played either on Wednesday or Sunday on a predefined map. Since some Teams aren't as strong as others, we decided that the Cup will be played on a 6vs6+ basis, but we would apreciate if you play an 8vs8!
