Hm ya I know the rules in unbanrequests can't be applied for the ban request , atleast some of them as you proved with your message .
As I said you should ask cruth to be a 100% certain .
If people post there , posting crap , then it's considered as spam ofc .
Also people that are not involved in a banrequest gets infracted . That means that they can't post there ...

Because those rules do not make sense for ban requests. Think about it,

"Only the banned player, HAs, logs checkers, and the admin in question are allowed to discuss the unban request"

In a ban request, there is not yet a banned player nor is there yet an admin in question. If rules needed to be set about them then a totally new set of rules need to be stated.

Admins saying things like "he should have been banned for 1 day and not 1 hr" is useful information in a ban request because of the level of severity a request can bring and also because of previous bans. The player called exe.zip.rar.cfg basicly posted saying "That is not a glitch"...although I admit he could have posted in a nicer tone. Technically this is useful information as it may not have actually been a glitch, despite the fact it turns out it was. I am merely using this as an example.

At the end of the day, unban requests are just totally different from ban requests.

Then why is the title of Cruth's post "rules in ban and unban requests"
I'm sure if u ask him personally he'll tell you that it applies for both .

Well in this particular case, your opinion does not count. The rules for that subforum specifically state that they are for unban requests only. There is NOTHING suggesting the same for ban requests.

I knew ur were going to say that .

    but the title says
    bout-rules-unban-ban-request

that means it applies for both imo
