Installation Custum Map but how?

Hi,

i tried to install the Custm Map "The Hell"

But i don#t know how to get it on our Server for practice.

I tried to import the map via the BF2142CC Deamon (Import Con File for Settings or Maps) but there is no file for that.

Can I install this map or does I3D have to install it?

I think you need the FTP to upload the map.

Our Gameserver has no FTP Acess. So i guess that if we would wan't that map a guy from I3D would have to do it. Or has anybody a clue?

At the moment you are not allowed to run a custom map on a ranked server.

If you want to run custom maps or mods - you have to rent a unranked server - there you have ftp-access and you can do what you want.

On ranked servers there is another python statscode integrated then in the unranked serverfiles.

That would mean you could run that custom map in ranked mode.

Due to that circumstance no custom mods or maps are allowed to be uploaded/installed on a ranked server.

Just put it in your files and do it like you normally have to do, then let the other players do the same and "viola" done!
