features not working for mohCC

Ok so I have tried to turn unlocks off on my server (which I am guessing means any unlocked weapons/weapon upgrades) and it still lets you pick unlocked weapons and weapon upgrades. Then I tried Friendly fire on and it didn't work. Now I figured maybe this was becuase my server was not on hardcore mode. So I turned my server on hardcore mode and the "Friendly Fire on" worked but "no unlocks" still is not working for some reason. Even though in the "view server settings" in the server browser shows that my server has "No Unlocks" enabled. Also it does show my server as a hardcore server in the server browser but The mini map is always on still (I thought on hardcore mode the mini map doesn't show unless you have a UAV enabled.

Can someone help?

YOu will be glad to know though that "No support Actions" option works both Non-hardcore and Hardcore.

these other problems are very frustrating though because My clan is in a tourny and the tourny requires unlocks to be turned off for us to use our server for matches and they will not turn off no matter what!

Also I am wondering why I was told the welcome messages aren't working but whenever someone joins the server they see "Server [all]: Welcome to a MoHCC powered server!!" even though My welcome message in the server details is set to "Welcome to =LE=!"

Some settings need the server to be restarted; might be the point with the unlocks or support actions. Otherwise we should test it again maybe it is broken in moh.

The welcome message: the default message is being sent on the onjoin command. That is a little too quick in most situations since players are choosing their kits. So we are waiting on DICE to fix the onspawn event so the welcome message works just like in bc2cc.
