[Nightmare]

There a few things i noticed last few days that are basicly bugs but seem to be exploited by some players.

2-3 days ago, we had a player on our server who could place charges or discharge objectives in less as a second, just by running passed the objective. As he did it time after time, we tought it was a hacker (still think he is cause of many other things he did, like having 100% headshots on people in vehicles moving fast)

But yesterday when playing rush, i got suprised few times when i wanted to place charge on objective and the charge was set as soon i pressed my button.
This seem to be a bug, so it's possible people exploit it?

Another exploited bug we seen a lot last 2 days is the bug to stop the time when u leave the area u are restricted to.
This way people can go spawn camp in attackers base, out of theyre restricted area. For example, the map that was in the demo: When u are defending, u can only go up to the rocks where most snipers sit, still some people were able to get all the way in our base, steal or tanks, camp to shoot people while still on parachute.

We are part of a large anti cheat community, so allways kept to the rules of not kick/ban people without any visual proofs (such as screenshots or movies)
The problem is that the PB screens on i3D are currently not available (it's generating them, but we can't access them). As there is also no spectator mode (first person), its impossible to specate a player, to record his gameplay and post the video on our anti cheat community forums, so that people can decide if it's really a cheat or just a very good player (mainly paying attention to wallhack/radar and aimbot use)

Nomatter what systems you use; cheaters, statspadders and bug users will always be plentiful. Especially in a game as popular as Bad Company 2. Usually to get high on the ranking list then brag about it to there friends. My previous game, BF 2142 is a beautiul exampel were the toplist was hacked so many times it was a joke.

The only cure is active and fair admins. And plenty off them.

Well I think we all have to live with these bugs and exploits for a few weeks. Lets just hope they fix them soon. Right now u can open doors and break fenches with ur defib. When u want to see ur score the text is all buggy. It's crosing over

I think there will come a patch soon. That will fix a couple of bug's/glitches/exploits. There will always be some bug's in a game. The most one will patched but not all of it.
And you always have cheaters. The noobs who can't win the game.

I've also seen people that are able to 'respawn' or 'revive' almost instantly after dieing without a medic being anywhere close....
Hard to check though, without admin spectate or the ability to see PB screenshots!

I know I've seen a few people shooting the 870 shotgun with extrem accuracy lately. Pretty sure it's aimbot but never able to prove it. Wish they would create a team that could go into the game as spectator or figure a way to screen peoples computers for scripts.

Nope. Not aimbot. They use the 12 gauge something something giving the thing a crosshair and extream accurasy. You can snipe with it from miles away. Another thing that EA has promised us to be corrected in the now legendary patch.

870 Shotgun is already tweaked so you cant snipe with it, and believe me some people are good with it..

51-28 with 870 Shotgun is what I had

very simple with a saiga but the new patch will alter this.
