I am following ICT Beheerder Niveau 4. I am on the Arendstraat in Sittard on tuesday.

I know a lot of professional site builders who use dreamweaver.

Dreamweaver is a great way to get started. As Winters said, many professionals use it.

I usually build the general layout in dreamweaver as it takes maybe 1/10th of the time it takes to write the code. Then I dig into the code itself and start altering it as I see fit.
