Selecting players in BFP4FCC

When I select a player for kicking and the round ends and players switch factions (can also be when players leave the server), the red selection box doesn't change side or follow the player, it remains on the same spot it was prior to the end of the round, often resulting in the kicking of the incorrect person, once that being me.

Is it possible for the selection box to follow the player one selects? That would be well appreciated.
