I would like to contest this ban because Snowy has banned me only because I killed him. I can understand that he is a little angry because he's dead but I would like that an admin doesn't ban for a wrong pretext.

And even if it would be a real reason, I think normally it doesn-t deserve a ban, only a slay or a kick, all the more as there isn't be any warning before. I would like that the admins to be more respectful of the other players, I mean the admins who were here, Westsider and Snowy, because change map 3 times in 5 minuts and saying to the others they are all "noobs" because we killes them, isn't really worthy of an admin, I can accept that one say "noob" with an humorous ton, but like that, not, it's only a question of respect. Please don't strain of your powers for the future. Thank you beforehand.

Now can I explain what happen's when I killed you snowy, then you will see it's totally foolish to ban for this. When I press the button for that the team go on stairs, and I killed them, there's no problem, yeah? But when I follow the team in the hole and kill them back it merits a ban? I don't think. Otherwise i don't have any problem toward you, but I'd like you not to do this anymore, and westsider to be more respectul.

Your totally wrong. Me and some other guy entered a portal and you killed that guy, Snowy was alredy in spectate. When I surfed away, I stopped at a spot and said "Tele camp?". Then you got your 1h ban from Snowy. Whats wrong with you? Its like you accuse me for everything. I never touched the mapvote here and never banned you.

Did I say you have banned me? And please don't try to save yourself by this kind of justification. Because if you consider (you = snowy and you) that i was telecamping, I don't disavow that you can have interpreted this like this, but in this case explain me WHY when the round before, when all the ct's go into the hole, and when I came after, they nearly all were waiting for me, and killed me, wasn't it telecamp? So I didn't say anything, it is the purpose of the map : if I open the jail, it's for killing the ct's not for let them escape! I can wait a little time to see if somebody come back rather than let them kill me only because that will be consider like telecamp, no? And does it deserve a ban, for me and my friend in the evening? Moreover there weren't any warning, other admins would have kicked or slayed before, it's only a question of common sense. I really find that when you are here (not only you, snowy too), that becomes always severe : explain something in french in 4 words because he doesn't know how to surf = a kick; map doesn't care for you = a vote all the minuts, and if it is no you shout at the drama; person kill you = insulted of noobs; persons vote for a map they can like = insulted of noobs, so please stop that arrogance at the consideration of the other players, it becomes really trying. I didnt understand the last part and it seems pointless. Every admin is unique with their way to act when such things happen. Some decide to kick and some to ban. We already warned so many times, and your a player that is a regular one in the surf server, so you prob know the rules.
A vote all the minuts??? I dont understand that. I already explained in Nemesis thread that the first vote failed with 50% in each so I did a new one which was better and gave a NO. I cant see why there would be a problem to change map after 20-30 minutes of gameplay on the same map? If you have a problem with that you shouldnt be playing on the server.
About that telecamper that killed you: You think just because some guy in my team does that it means that I would not warn him? I dont have 10 eyes or a camera in the server. I act when I see the "crime" and in this case I didnt/never saw a telecamper and while you were dead you never said anything, decided to keep quiet, ur fault. But in your case, I saw when you tele camped and Snowy was in spectate and gave you your ban.

Explained on nemesis post because I don't want to tired me saying always the same things to someone that don't want to understand and who has a superiority complex. If you don't want to hear us please stop answer. You just want to be right and still be fixed on your opinion without reading us. So thank you but that won't make advance the things.
