Hello there i3d, this morning i was playing on the i3d's server as i normally do, after a while a guy kalled "kua sier ikke mø started speaking norwegian" Alot of guys in the dead chat, started saying to not speak norwegian, and after a while kua got an warning to not speak norwegian. He continued and w3 Laspa said in completely global chat, that he would ban the single person, i though that kua sier ikke mø, could not norwegian so i said his/her name to try to contact him, but at the moment i said it i got silenced.

After that as you see i typed retry in console and i re-connected and i started discussing why he just suddenly silenced me, without knowing what i would say, as i re-connected i said that you did not need to go show-off with your admin and tell the whole server to ban Kua, when he could easely do it in regular chat, if he did that i would still see it.

Well anyways, he just replied back in ?? to look innocent and to not what to know to answer, and basically i replied back "Stop using the question marks (??), he then replied back saying "i dont know what you mean"

After 30 seconds, he replies back in an anger tone saying "what the hell is wrong with you"

I replied back saying, "what the hell is your problem" is not an good roleexample of being an admin, as you guys are alway saying to not swear, well basically he did it himself.

After that he threatens me: "Do you want ban"

I then said you all admins (meant to be on the deathrun server) Are showing off with a-chat all the time.

You guys are making kua sier mø, ashamed away by making him a fool in public.

"By you saying it in public on the whole server"

At the moment i pressed "There's no fucking need" i got banned as you see i really did not get done with the sentence.

Now in my opinion instead of just silencing he could take it up with me between me and him on either steam friends, or not. There's no point making a harsh reason to ban a guy without so much proof.

EDIT: I just saw the reason in the other thread "annoying" that's a super duper great reason to ban a guy.

Really I should have banned you for a longer time than 1h... there was player that I had to kick several times because he didnt stop speaking norwegian, then last time I said to him on admin chat to make sure he SEE IT. "Really next time I have ban you!" then you start to be a smart ass and whine causeI use Admin chat! then I ask what is your problem and you whine even more!

Edit: Yes I silenced you wrong, but when you reconnected I saw my mistake and didnt complain you reconnecting after mute(this is not why I banned you)

Give me the defination of "whine" I havent spoken norwegian, i said his name well a shortcut to his name to get his attention, but at that time you silenced me.

So don't come here and give me false proof that i spoke norwegian multiple times.

I didnt say it was you talking norwegian? did I? I was talking to other player not you. and you start to whine. you arent the one who tells me what to do and what not to do.

I started to argue as you was mainly using a-chat all the time when you coud simple use normal chat, instead of showing off yourself and making players ashamed from the servers as you are saying in public "I AM GONNA BAN YOU NEXT TIME KU" At the first i was trying to make some communication with Ku, but as i said his name you silenced me.

didnt you read what I said about your silence??? I had kicked Kua like 4-5 times before... I gave last warning and then you start whine.

Look here Laspa, see the screenshot. I said his name and you silenced me, how could i whine when i was silenced, LOOK at the screenshot and see what you wrote.

I was trying to help as i said trying to get Kua, to not do it was i am norwegian i attempted to add him on steam friends, to help him, but as the moment i said his name you silenced me? Why not give me an warning, you just silenced me without any reason as you did not know what i was trying to do.

Silence was an accident, you typed !silence r0 so really don't think it was an accident, you used an ignorant and annoyed tone to me and actually asked "what the hell is wrong with you" I am not closing, this i am not going down without a fight, you was wrong.

I will make it simple, the @all admin chat is meant to warn people by making sure they cannot miss it. So admins are allowed to use it.

You were banned because of your attitude (trying to explain an admin how to administrate...). By the way we do not tolerate insults on our servers. Be glad it was only one hour ban.

Anyway, the ban is expired: SourceBans.
