Modding your crysis server

Does anyone know where to start?
eg. I've seen PowerStruggle servers with default weapons (when you spawn you get a weapon according to your rank), and I want to have that to on my server.

Other ideas are:
- Finetuned teambalancing
- Adjustable highping kick

any help will be greatly appreciated

OK, probably at the admindesk of your server is were you can set these kind of things up. I do not own a server myself, it's a guess.

If it is your own server you probably can do it yourself in the controlpanel. If not you should try mailen/calling i3d.
