The mod does NOT match!

Nouja, mijn clan Great8 heeft dus een server besteld bij i3d, één van de leiders heeft vervolgens toen de server online was, geprobeerd om de server werkend te krijgen mbv van profielen, dit lukte voor een deel, maar na een nog onbekende handeling werkte de server plotseling niet meer.

Nu zitten we met dit probleem, de server is gestopt, maar kan niet meer gestart worden vanuit BF2CC. Aangezien hij de volgende error geeft nu:

Nou blijken er nadat ik met google gezocht heb nog meer mensen die deze error krijgen met BF2CC

http://www.bf2cc.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=23097 vind je een topic van hetzelfde probleem. al de stappen die daar staan heb ik al geprobeerd, zonder resultaat.

Dingen die ik al heb geprobeerd:
1. Nieuwste NET framework gedownload met SP1
2. Nieuwste BF2CC gedownload en geinstalleerd
3. Geprobeerd om de default profile te resetten dmv van File > Restore .default profile on deamon.

5. De maplist gefresht, profile saven, dan opnieuw starten.

Ik ben atm een beetje radeloos, miss kunnen julllie proberen de server te reinstallen?

If it is a unranked server you have access via ftp.

* Stop server in controlpanel (that stops bf2server and bf2ccd (daemon))

* connect with ftp-client
* delete all bf2ccd-profiles
* restart your server in controlpanel

Server should start and create a default.profile with mod bf2 and map dalian_plant.

Always make huges changes (new profiles, etc...) on a stopped bf2server.

If you get the message the mod does not match, that means that you have a maplist with a set of maps (poe2 e.g.) and on last saving the mod poe2 was not proper preselected.
Before you save a new profile or a changes in a existing profile - reselect again mod and gamemode before you hit the save button.

Another possibility to restore corrupted profiles is to edit/correct them manually.
download the profile, look into it which maps are in it, which mod it should be and correct the used mod - reupload the file and restart your server.

Thanks for your reply, I dont have acces to the control panel atm because the guy who ordered the server is on holliday.

My running maplist in default.profile is as following:

<GameMode>gpm_cq</GameMode>
<MaxPlayers>16</MaxPlayers>
</RunningMaps>

Shouldnt this have something like: <mod>bf2</mod> in it? Can u send or paste a default.profile in this forums so I can edit it manually? And I allways stop the server before making important changes, I have my own server at another provider and they dont even have BF2CC deamon so this is all new to me..

Nou ik heb nu eindelijk toegang tot het customer panel, heb alles geprobeerd wat jij hebt gezegd arn354, kan hem nog steeds niet werkende krijgen.. zucht.

You should fill in RCONIP and GAMEIP always!
Your config had 0.0.0.0 which caused the error.
