Crysis KillCam and 2 XML Levelrotations

Hey guys.
I am Dutch but will write in English.

But.. I lost the page that KILLCAM can be 0n on the server. Does anyone know the HowTo?

And does anyone already experience 2 /levelrotations 0n? I will like to see the benifits of Patch 1.2.
(Stock is "levelrotation" and no more needed in server.cfg)

My server is on server config 0.6:
8.9.17.130:64087 Extreme Idiots xtremeidiots.com

And 0n is:
PB Steaming, Levelrotation (InstantAction only) , PB messages and I hope KillCam soon.
