English - Server is "Stopped"

I hope someone out there can help with this. I have just purchased a AA3 Non-Honor Private server and have yet to play on it. It apparently is online (I can ping it) but it is "Stopped". Apparently due to the no password security setting. (Whose idea was that to sell a server that does not work out of the box ? Is it that hard to set up a password that can be changed at a later date ?)

I have already received great support from i3D and a chap called Sander who removed the ";" from the start of the password but it is still not online. (After further tweaks and resets).

Can anyone who has a AA3 NonHonor Branded server send me their files for editing or explain what is needed to get this thing online.
