CS:S files missing...

Hey, I installed CS:S on this computer and now I have no files of CS:S...

This happend before on my laptop and then I manually created a CS:S file and all my files got saved there then.

I did the same now but the files don't save there...

How do I fix this?

Normally the files should be in the Valve file, but I found them in Program Files
