BF2 mod: Javelin FGM-148. 2.0

    BF2 mod: Javelin FGM-148. 2.0

    There are 2 versions, the top attack and direct attack.


    Top attack is basicilly fire and forget missile, you need aleast a minimum of 200m to the target,if its to close the missile will relock on a target further away.
    range is 200m to 1500m.
    missile ttl is 20 seconds.
    2x zoom
    reload time is 10 seconds.
    mag linked to the direct attack javelin.
    Bots use it.


    Direct attack is like a TV guided missile, move the marker box over the target and fire, if its a moving target and you want the missile to hit a different target after you have fired then move the marker back over the target and press fire to re-guide the missile to the new location.
    range is 0m to 1500m.
    missile ttl is 20 seconds.
    2x zoom
    reload time is 10 seconds.
    mag linked to the top attack javelin.
    Bots use it but will only fire it once and will not reguide it.


    Install, open the zip and put the BF2_javelin folder in the mods/bf2 directory or your mod dir and use the included archive files for vanilla bf2 or add the
    top 2 lines from the archive files to your mods archive files.
    open the AT kit and add
    ObjectTemplate.addTemplate javelin
    ObjectTemplate.addTemplate javelin_direct
    replacing the predator or chat_eryx. they are item indexed for the AT kit,using numbers 4 and 5.

    OMG! Dude no way you are a GENIUS!!! Aww man im not going to sleep tonight because of this!!!! 2 questions Do the AI use it and is there a way you can make this in a eryx model? Thanks aTON for this!

    forget i said that i didnt read the whole post. but if you can get it in a Eryx model that would be fantastic but no pressure :thumbsup:

    And one more thing can i get a infantry aa bazooka like this? like a stinger?

    Hallo,

    Ik heb deze file gedownload, en heb hem in de deze map neergezet:
    .../program files/EA games/Battlefield 2/Mods

    Maar wat moet ik nu doen om hem werkend te maken?

    Want ik snap ook niet wat je met deze dingen moet:
    ObjectTemplate.addTemplate javelin
    ObjectTemplate.addTemplate javelin_direct
    Waar zou je deze dan neer moeten zetten?

    Het lukt mij maar niet!

    Ik heb die twee regels, denk ik, weten te plaatsen, maar bij 15 procent valt het spel uit.
    Wat is er dan fout?

    drag the files in the zip to mods/bf2
    replace the prededtor in the us_at.con with ObjectTemplate.addTemplate javelin and
    ObjectTemplate.addTemplate javelin_direct
    thats what i've done but ingame the predator just stays the same...
    (p.s.there is no index line in us_at.con)
    can someone help me?
