Since there are some members on this forum who do work-outs etc. I thought it was a good idea to start a work-out thread. Here we can give people and eachother advice about doing work-outs and about losing or gaining weight. Yes also gaining weight. Some people need to gain weight instead of losing it, there are a few ways that you can gain weight. Also you can tell your work-out routine here, what type of things you use for extra energy, muscle rebuilding, losing fat, gaining weight etc. Aka supplements. Be advised: We do not support / recommend the use of steroids! So let's start and give eachother tips and advice. I need to lose weight so some tips about losing fat would be good . Or actually need to burn fat, because i will gain weight because of the muscles that I am creating. The fat is the problem, need to burn it!
