    Since there are some members on this forum who do work-outs etc. I thought it was a good idea to start a work-out thread.

    Here we can give people and eachother advice about doing work-outs and about losing or gaining weight. Yes also gaining weight. Some people need to gain weight instead of losing it, there are a few ways that you can gain weight.

    Also you can tell your work-out routine here, what type of things you use for extra energy, muscle rebuilding, losing fat, gaining weight etc. Aka supplements.

    Be advised: We do not support / recommend the use of steroids!



    So let's start and give eachother tips and advice.

    I need to lose weight so some tips about losing fat would be good :).
    Or actually need to burn fat, because i will gain weight because of the muscles that I am creating. The fat is the problem, need to burn it!

    About 10 kg. Halp!

    For you, wesly; do low-speed cardio in the morning before you eat. Then your body will have to burn fat, but be sure to eat something afterwards.

    if that doesnt sound tooappealing, do ordinary cardio, but slow. Cardio is the best way to loose fat :)


    I am currently not working out, I am waiting for a discount-card from my university, but when I start training, I'll post my routine here!

    I always bike for 10-15min as a warmup, or running on the threadmill is also good

    Thats what I recommend ;)

    yup :) if he needs to burn extra fat, he can always do another 15 minutes on the bike, so a 30 min warmup :)

    Yeah and always have a bottle of water with salt mixed with you if you dont have an energy drink.

    E: Gatorade and similar are really good, since you loose salt n shit when u sweat.

    I also need to get some extra weight bout 10 kg

    Are there any possibilities without going to the gym and pay for it?

    And if there are more tips for this case I would appreciate that ^^

    How the hell can i do cardio when i wake up, need to dress up and then go to work?

    Can't sleep earlier :s Just can't get to sleep.

    So there has to be a other way.

    Me too! And I do push-ups and sit-ups from time to time, that's all.

    My work-out routine for bodybuilding is like this:

    Tuesday: Chest + triceps and sometimes the belly
    Wednesday: Legs + back and sometimes the belly
    Thursday: Biceps + shoulders and sometimes the belly.

    And if i have time on saturday and sunday the bi and triceps and belly.

    Mc donalds 2 weeks long big mac;p

    i don't train so much, few times in the week some push ups and thats all;P but im young , when i get money from job i will go to sport schoool :p

    Enough excersizes that you can do at home.

    Push-ups, sit-ups, calve raises etc.
    Buy some dumbells and then you can do even more excersizes.

    You can train different muscle groups with dumbells: shoulders, biceps, triceps, back.
