The work-out thread

    I know that I have to eat more, I almost eat like 5 meals a day and I can't seem to gain weight...

    @ GoA.Winters

    I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder though :p
    I just want to get some volume into my muscles, I want to get a good shape.

    Something like in the picture I added, I'm happy if I get slightly less volume then on the picture though :p

    i think you have the same think as my cousin :p im not sure what is the medical name for it but in finland (oldschool finnish language) its called "läppasko" or something like that :p

    it means that your bowel or the place where the food transforms into your legs, arms, stomach (you become fat) is working highly powered, meaning your body doesnt gain as much fat as some other might have. not sure tho, im not a doctor :p

    or then you just eat too healthy and exercise all the calories you've ate straight away >.<

    diS has a good metabolism. The only way to gain volume is train a lot and/or use mass gainers

    people allready told me that I need to use proteïn shakes.
    But I'm not sure... Is it good and healthy?

    if you do workouts, like getting mass with muscles, then ye perhaps. i still prefer the natural way (eating meat. tuna is also a good protein source, and you can eat it on a bread \o/) but only when you do like goa is doing with that program thingy. joggin and stuf. not lifting any weights :p

    Yeah I also like the natural way more, but if I can't get any fat by eating 5 meals a day, lots of vetagebles, meat etc. Even if I eat hamburgers or whatever contains lots of grease I can't seem to gain weight.
    If I calculate my BMI i'm around 16,7. The ideal BMI is 18 (as a minimum). :huh:

    Weight gainers are pretty harmless... it is proteins aswell, but if i'm correct a different type proteins or so then you use after a work-out

    but if you want to look like that guy in that picture, you need patience :p it takes years if you haven't work-outed (how u spell it?) yet.

    i'd like to look like him too, but im so lazy and im happy how i look, so i dont need to look like him >.<

    the key to happiness is mirror. When you look into mirror and you dont see an ugly person there, but u see a fine guy with some mistakes but you're fine with it, And you are not shame of yourself (e.g you cant go to sauna with your friends:p) Then you're happy :)

    and what does this do with workout thread? dunno, just had to mention what i think about happiness >.<

    Printed out the Category 1 work-out schedule, think i will start it next week. Had some muscle pain in my side / back..

    Started with the new work-out routine yesterday.
    I just do the maximum what i can related to running, since my condition sucks that is necessary :p.

    The push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups are heavy. I can feel it quite well.

    Hope i can hang on to this program :yes: will be good for me.

    I started yesterday tho i'm not gonna do the running, cuz i suck and it is toooo cold.

    Well the pushups are hard :p. Pressing 93kg hehe (that's my weight yes i'm fat), same goes for pull-ups, need to pull up 93kg.. would be easier if i was lighter :p.
    Tonight i will go again.

    Lately I've been doing 30 push ups every day. It's nice.

    How tall are you? I'm 1.85 m (+-) and i weigh over 73 kilos.

    We had 2 hrs of sport today.

    Our teacher gave us:

    10 minutes running up stairs & down.

    & 4 sets of 15 push-ups
    15 sit-ups
    10 chest push-up ( Like opposite of sit-up but with your belly to the floor, arms stretched and chest & arms pushing up. It trains ur back..)

    About 1.85 and 93kg :p.

    4x15 push-ups is hard :p
    Aswell as the pull-ups, jesus christ... but it's the best training.. Pulling and pushing your own body weight is good for you. Normally i did 50-60kg benchpress, well i do 4x15 push-ups now with a weight of 93kg :p.

    I yesterday went to sports-school for the 2st time in my life ^^ it really is hard :p

    Hi ^.^

    Well since this is the correct thread.
    I would like to train more this year (last year I did, but not enough) I would like to train everyday :p but I need some tips to keep me training etc, and not that I just stop xD

    also what should I train exactly ?
    Push ups
    Sit ups
    xD?
