    Yesterday, I started training to get in shape for the summers bike-rides.

    Day1 : 12 km.
    Day2 : 17 km.

    Starting from day 3, I'm gonna time it as well.

    Day3: 15 km in 40 minutes.
    I've upped my foodintake and tomorrow I'm gonna buy some cottage cheese, ive heard that is good.

    Tomorrow, I'm gonna do 15 km in 40 minutes again.

    Doy; man u got strong legs :D

    Did 24 km in 70 minutes instead.
    My foot started to hurt so gotta go get something for that.

    Started gym few weeks ago again, so now I visit it 3 days a week. My mates who go with me have already been training for one year and are well-built, so now I gotta catch up. ;)

    Gonna make this topic active again, think that I will start with cardio and bodybuilding again soon :). I've seen some videos of people that just go for it and get a good shape in ~6 months. About the same weight as me and then go down to 82-84kg, burned all the fat and gained muscles.

    Only thing i need to find is a diet that i can use aswell... and a good workout schedule.
    I already know that you first do the things regarding bodybuilding and after that you do cardio for 45-60 minutes.

    If I can motivate myself enough i can do it 3 times a week again, maybe 4.

    Just did my first 4x10 push-ups in over 1 year!

    I can make a group for i3D that everyone can join if you guys are interested?

    With fitocracy you can log your work outs and gain points by doing so :) For example my 4x10 push-ups gained me 60 points.

    Today i did 4x10 push-ups, 3x15 body weight squat 1x25 body weight squat, 1x20 reverse crunch 2x15 reverse crunch (abs), 60 second Wall sit and 75 second wall sit <-- killer for your upper legs.

    This morning I did push ups and body weight squat again. And in 30-60 minutes i will go and do cardio :)

    Done. Somehow I always thought you'd be taller than me :p

    Maybe doing some push-ups later on, after all they pretty much affect the whole body.

    Did 26 minutes of rowing and 15 minutes biking.

    Push-ups, push-ups and more push-ups.

    Should aim to 100 / day, hopefully that would prove effective.

    E: Muscle-ups are hardcore
